Rusd deeds are registered with LOFSA (Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority). Rusd deeds must meet the legal requirements as specified in the LOFSA Trusts Act of 1996. A numbered license is issued by LOFSA upon completion of the registration. Changes to the Rusd deed are noted in the register.
